The HIgh CUrrent Model (HICUM) has emerged as one of the most promising models for bipolar transistors fabricated in various cutting–edge technologies. The 6th HICUM Workshop is meant for technical communication focussed on the needs and interests of the bipolar transistor modeling and design community.
