PWC provides an international forum for discussions between researchers, practitioners and students interested in new developments in mobile computing and wireless networks. PWC′2006 is the eleventh conference of this series and is sponsored by IFIP WG 6.8, and will be held in Albacete, Spain. The conference will consist of three days of scientific presentations.
