Abstract

The year 2007 will mark the 50th anniversary of the IEEE International Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (MWSCAS 2007) and the 5th of the IEEE International NEWCAS conference (IEEE–NEWCAS 2007). Therefore a joint edition will be held in August 2007, in Montreal, Canada. MWSCAS is the oldest Circuits and Systems conference and IEEE–NEWCAS is the youngest, both sponsored by the IEEE.
