Abstract

The 9th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT 2007) will be held on February 12 ~ 14, 2007, in Phoenix Park, Gangwon–Do, Republic of Korea. ICACT is an IEEE–sponsored annual conference providing an open forum for researchers, engineers, policy makers, network planners, and service providers in telecommunications. Extensive exchange of information will be provided on newly emerging systems, standards, regulations, services, and variety of applications in the area of telecommunications. ICACT 2007 is technically co–sponsored by the IEEE Daejeon section, IEEE Region 10, IEEE Communications Society and IEEE. It is hosted by Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC), managed by National Information society Agency (NIA) and Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), and sponsored by Open Standards and Internet Association (OSIA), Korean Institute of Communications and Sciences (KICS) and Institutes of Electronics Engineers of Korea Telecommunications Society (IEEK). The ICACT proceedings papers have been indexed by IEEE Xplore, IEE Inspec, Engineering Information (EI), and Index to Scientific & Technical Proceedings® (ISTP) since the year of 2004. Keywords: 1.
