The 9th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology (ICACT 2007) will be held on February 12 ~ 14, 2007, in Phoenix Park, Gangwon–Do, Republic of Korea. ICACT is an IEEE–sponsored annual conference providing an open forum for researchers, engineers, policy makers, network planners, and service providers in telecommunications.
