While this 2007 conference series continues to represent an important regional forum focusing on physical phenomena used in optics, optoelectronics, and photonics, it will also serve as the platform for new information updates on the EC Research Framework Programme. The event is designed to bring forward the latest advances in instruments and devices development; from photonic manufacturing, to emerging nanotechnologies— among many other cutting–edge topics.
