Abstract

The 6th ICCCAS (International Conference on Communications, Circuits and Systems) to be held on May 25–27, 2008 in Xiamen, China, is organized by UESTC (University of Electronic Science and Technology of China), Xiamen University, City University of Hong Kong, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, technically co–sponsored by IEEE, IEEE Chengdu Section, ComSoc/IEEE and CASS/IEEE. ICCCAS 2008 provides an inter–disciplinary forum for scientific researchers, academicians, engineers, university faculties, staffs and students working in the areas of communication theory, networks and devices, signal processing, computational intelligence, and the theory, design and implementation of circuits and systems, to discuss state–of–the–art technologies, progress in industry R&D and standards, services as well as their applications in telecommunication and information systems.
