<DIV style=″TEXT–ALIGN: justify″> <DIV style=″TEXT–ALIGN: justify″> <P class=std>Wireless and mobile networks, applications and services are rapidly growing areas that have attracted significant attention due to their potential impacts on the quality of life in multiple domains (health, emergency services, disaster recovery, commerce, shopping, TV, games…).
