The push has never been greater to introduce innovative technologies faster and more efficiently. This requires new thinking and new partners. Partners who see the broader picture of technology innovation and the benefits of working together. To make it happen, partners must buy into a common technological vision of the future and see where the money will come from to make it happen. This open innovation workshop will identify technology areas common to both the space and automotive sectors where joint programs can add value. In addition to the plenary talks; participants will contribute to the setting of goals in their areas of technical interest. And, importantly, funding opportunities will be described to support joint innovation projects.
