Abstract
The Center for Information Services and High Performance Computing Dresden (ZIH) is very pleased to announce the 3<sup><font size="2">rd</font></sup> Parallel Tools Workshop, which is organized jointly with the High Performance Computing Center Stuttgart (HLRS).<br><ul><li> Talks and exercises will focus on state–of–the–art tools in the field of integrated development environments, parallel debugging and performance analysis</li><br><li> Developers will be on hand to provide information about the use of a wide range of tools and to discuss future developments</li><br><li> The proceedings of the workshop will be published by Springer Verlag, and a complimentary copy will be given to every participant</li></ul>
