21st International Symposium on Computer Architecture and High Performance Computing, Sao Paulo, Brasilien

SBAC&#8211;PAD is an annual international conference series, the first of which was held 22 years ago, in 1987&#046; Each conference has traditionally presented new developments and high performance applications, as well as the latest trends in computer architecture and parallel and distributed technologies&#046; The conference has strong international participation, with submissions from over a dozen countries, and is competitive, with around 100 submissions and a 30% acceptance rate in the latest years&#046;<br>In 2009, the symposium will be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the state in which is located the largest city in Latin America&#046; Sao Paulo is famous for its cultural diversity and for being a great center of business&#046;SBAC&#8211;PAD 2009 will be sponsored by the Brazilian Computer Society, the IEEE Computer Society through the Technical Committees on Computer Architecture (TCCA) and Scalable Computing (TCSC), and IFIP&#046;
