<h1 align="justify"> The DCIS conference has evolved from its origins, more than two decades ago, into an important international meeting for researchers in the highly active fields of micro and nano electronics circuits and integrated systems&#046; It provides an excellent forum to present and investigate the emerging challenges in modelling, design, implementation and test of circuits and systems&#046; Experts from both, industry and academia, have the chance to discuss the demands and solutions for current applications&#046;</h1> <h1 align="justify"> </h1> <h1 align="justify">Maturity is the perfect word to define a conference that, like DCIS, has reached its 25th edition&#046; In order to commemorate this anniversary, special efforts have been made to select the optimum location for this “birthday”&#046; This year, we are moving to the mystical island of Lanzarote, where its charm landscapes, surrounded by volcanic scenarios, will ease the transfer of innovative ideas and the creation of new ones&#046; The facilities encountered at the Conference site, the Gran Meliá Salinas Hotel, with its magnificent murals, architecture and lagoon&#8211;shaped pool designed by local artist César Manrique, will also help in the generation of productive scientific discussions between sessions while sensing an exclusive climate for this period of the year&#046; </h1>
