<p class="textomasivo">LASCAS 2011 goal is to be the International Symposium of IEEE Circuits and Systems in Latin America. Its second edition will take place in Bogota, Colombia. Bogota is a large city with more than 7 million of inhabitants. It is located 2600 meters over the sea level and surrounded by beautiful Andes Mountains, providing a special and unique environment. It has a wonderful combination of colonial and modern architecture; large parks and industrial zones; and a variety of places to visit, eat, party, enjoy of life music, theater, dance, and almost any kind of activity that you may imagine.
