Abstract

The present <strong>11th EPQU Conference</strong> is being organized by the <strong>ISR&#8211;University of Coimbra</strong> and is the continuation and development of priori conferences on the same or similar subject&#8211;matter, initiated by Electrical Power Engineering Institute of the Technical University in Lodz, Poland&#046; The 2011 EPQU Conference will be held in Lisbon in the new Park Expo Conference Center, a river front location with a variety of modern hotels, near several city landmarks and within easy reach of the Lisbon Airport and by metro to the outstanding historic city center (Saint Jorge Castle, Jeronimos Cathedral&#046; Belem Tower, Museums, etc)&#046;
