Abstract
The topics of this conference include both fundamental and applied research, as well as issues related to introduction into manufacturing. This year, the Organizing Committee explicitly solicits contributions for the following areas of growing importance: Fine Grain 3D, Contacts and Local Interconnects, Interconnects for Biological Applications, Networks–on–Chip, and Circuits for High–Speed and Low–Power Signaling.<br>
