Abstract
The INDUSCON is an international conference promoted by the IEEE (The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) South Brazil Section together with its chapter of the IAS (Industry Application Society).<br>The first INDUSCON was organized in 1994. Since then it has been realized each two years and in 2012 it is reaching its 10th edition. Throughout the years It has been consolidated as an important forum of scientific research and technological development while promoting an exchange of experiences between academia and industry.<br>
