Communication and Information Technology for New Life Style Beyond the Cloud The 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2013) is a premier Asiaâ€Pacific based symposium under the technical sponsorship of the Digital Signal Processing Technical Committee (DSPTC) of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (IEEEâ€CAS) Society.
