Wellbeing at Work 2014, Copenhagen, Dänemark

The Third conference about Wellbeing at Work will be held in Copenhagen, from 26th to 28th May 2014 and are arranged by The National Research Center for the Working Environment, NRCWE&#046; The conference aims to bring together state of the art knowledge from psychology, epidemiology, physiology, and occupational and social medicine to articulate a coherent research agenda on wellbeing at work that is able to capture the challenges at the labor market facing many Western countries&#046; Earlier conferences have been held in Manchester (2012) and in Helsinki (2010)&#046;<br>Topics at the conference<br>To meet this challenge the NRCWE therefore will make a call for abstracts on oral presentations or posters on variety of different topics&#046; At the moment the topics are the following:<br>Demographic changes &#8211; Ageing workforce<br>The role of leadership and management<br>Wellbeing and presenteeism<br>Managing chronic disease at the workplace<br>Models for implementing wellbeing at work<br>Restructuring at workplaces and resilience of workers and teams<br>Social innovation<br>Technological innovation and improved wellbeing<br>Influence of work environment on wellbeing<br>Workplace interventions with wellbeing and health promotion<br>Workplace social capital and employees influence<br>Gender and wellbeing at work<br>Measuring wellbeing at work<br>Case studies of wellbeing at workplaces<br>
