Kyiv–Mohyla Law and Politics Journal is peer review<br>international, interdisciplinary journal initiated by the National<br>University of Kyiv–Mohyla Academy. Keeping high standards<br>and scientific ethics, the journal is published online biannually.<br>Kyiv–Mohyla Law and Politics Journal answers current<br>challenges facing Ukrainian studies in law and politics and<br>meets an immediate need for their further integration into<br>the international academic community. Kyiv–Mohyla Law and<br>Politics Journal covers the broad areas of Law and Politics<br>focusing mainly on Jurisprudence, Constitutional and<br>International Law Issues, Political Theory and Methodology,<br>Area and European Studies.<br>We welcome submissions of original articles<br>related to the journal scope:<br>– Law: Rule of Law, Theory of Argumentation, Comparative<br>Constitutional Law, International Human Rights, International Environmental<br>Law, International Business Law;<br>– Politics: Post–Soviet Politics, Transitional Studies, EU Politics and<br>Policies, International Relations and Comparative Politics in CEE, Political<br>Theory and Methodology.<br>New publications in the field are surveyed and the reviews of the most<br>important works are also included in Kyiv–Mohyla Law and Politics Journal.<br>
