Established in 1992, ICPADS has been a major international forum for scientists, engineers, and users to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and latest research results on all aspects of parallel and distributed computing systems. The 21st IEEE International Conference on Parallel and Distributed Systems (ICPADS 2015) will be held in Melbourne, Australia, December 14 – 17, 2015. Melbourne is a city that’s both dynamic and cosmopolitan, and proud of its place as Australia’s cultural capital. The conference will be hold at RMIT University, an innovative global university of technology and design, with its heart in the city of Melbourne.<br>Contributions are solicited in all areas of parallel and distributed systems research and applications.
