IEEE RAICS 2015 is the third edition of IEEE International Conference on Recent Advances in Computational Systems to be held by IEEE Kerala Section in Trivandrum, India during 10–12 December 2015. The conference focuses on "Smart systems for a smarter world" a theme of topical interest to researchers, developers and practitioners. Organized into six technical tracks, IEEE RAICS 2015 features Keynote addresses, Panel sessions and Tutorials besides presentation of research papers by selected authors and an Open Forum to facilitate interaction among young researchers.<br>Conference Theme<br>This year the theme of the conference is “Smart Systems for a Smarter Worldâ€.
