Abstract

Do you have new research or results in aspects of the electromagnetic modelling field? If yes, then this is your chance to showcase your latest work to industry and academia experts expected to attend. This call for abstracts event provides the opportunity for networking with key people in the area with the presence of industrial leaders.
This one day RF & Microwave seminar aims to bring together experts in electromagnetic modelling with particular emphasis on the application of modelling (as RF and Microwave material processing, communications, sensors and biosensors, EMC testing, etc.). The event will also focus on progress in numerical methods to solve complex electromagnetic engineering problems. The day will consist of presentations and posters sessions and provide students and early career researchers to present their ideas, network and discuss ideas in an informal setting.
Abstracts are invited from the following areas, but not exclusively:
Microwave and RF heating applications, and induction heating in all application areas
Antenna design (e.g. textile and wearable antennas)
Passive microwave component design (filters, waveguide systems, cable design, planar structures and circuits)
Electromagnetic sensors and biosensors (Sensors on Chip, Mems, BioMems, Smart Sensors, etc.)
RFID systems applications
Multiphysics and multiscale numerical study
Simulation studies for the Electromagnetic Compatibility (Reverberating chambers, anechoic chambers, GTEM cells, etc.)
Electromagnetic Modeling of Materials (dielectrics, composites, metamaterials, magnetic materials, shielding, etc.)
