Abstract

The IEEE’s flagship conference in Africa, IEEE AFRICON, is hosted in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. IEEE AFRICON 2017 provides a platform for academic and industry professionals from all over the world, to share ideas, present their latest research and to network. The venue is The Avenue, a new conference venue in Cape Town’s famous V&A Waterfront. The venue is connected to the aquarium and overlooks the V&A Waterfront Marina.<br>
