This year, SICBS will be held at the GUET, Guilin, China (http://www.gliet.edu.cn/). It is a state university, and founded in 1960. Guilin has very beautiful scenery. It is as the saying goes, " Guilin landscape tops those elsewhere, and Yangshuo landscape tops that of Guilin".
