Abstract

The 10th Annual IEEE Information Technology, Electronics, and Mobile Communication Conference IEEE IEMCON 2019 University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada 17 – 19 October 2019 We are very much pleased to announce that the 10th Annual IEEE Information Technology, Electronics and Mobile Communication Conference (IEEE IEMCON 2019), will be held during 17 – 19 October 2019 at University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.
