The 12th International Conference on Computer Modeling and Simulation is the main annual research conference aims to bring together researchers around the world to exchange research results and address open issues in all aspects of Computer Modeling and Simulation.<br>The ICCMS 2009–2019 were held in Melbourne, Macau, Sanya, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Rome, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Brisbane, Canberra, and Sydney successively.<br>The current ICCMS 2020 will be held in Brisbane, Australia during February 24–27, 2020 together with the workshop ICICA 2020. It is co–sponsored by University and International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology. The conference aims to provide a platform for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the universities and the industry. It features invited speeches, parallel sessions and visits.<br>
